Automated Guidance and AI Tools

We may provide access to automated guidance tools, including an integrated AI-based assistant called 'Aria', to help users navigate, create, and manage content on the platform. Aria is embedded solely within the Arrivio platform and is not separately marketed, sold, or externally identifiable. The AI assistant interacts only with users who opt-in or engage voluntarily with guided experiences and does not make autonomous decisions that affect user rights or access.

No personal or sensitive user data is transmitted to external AI models. Aria operates within defined boundaries using approved system prompts and scoped knowledge that are aligned with platform guidelines and moderation standards. Data used by Aria is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is not used to profile, advertise, or commercially exploit users in any way.

We maintain strict oversight of the functionality and safety of the Aria assistant, and users can submit feedback or concerns via our contact details listed below.
