By accessing or using Arrivio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please
discontinue use.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. If you are acting on behalf of an organization,
you confirm you have authority to do so.
User Content
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
- You must have rights to upload, store, and share media.
- Arrivio reserves the right to remove content that violates our policy.
Copyright & Licensing
- Users are solely responsible for licensing any copyrighted music or video used in media,
including
content shared during memorial events.
- We comply with DMCA requirements and respond to takedown notices within 48 hours.
Trustee Assignment
- Users may assign one or more Trustees to access stored messages and media after verification of
death.
- Verification requires legal proof and identity checks.
Limitation of Liability
- Arrivio is provided “as is” without warranties.
- We are not responsible for lost data, service outages, or indirect damages.
Termination
We may suspend or delete user accounts for violations of these terms.
AI Features and Aria Integration

Arrivio incorporates AI-assisted features, including but not limited to voice guidance, tribute
creation prompts, and content curation, delivered under the name "Aria".

Aria is not a standalone product or brand, and its functionality is offered solely within the
Arrivio
platform to enhance user experience.

While Aria may assist users with content generation, Arrivio is not liable for any outcomes or
inaccuracies resulting from user interaction with these AI tools. Users are responsible for
reviewing
and verifying any content produced via AI features before use or publication.

Arrivio reserves the right to modify or discontinue Aria functionality at its sole discretion
without
prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive
jurisdiction of Australian courts.
